新年依始, 是和家人及友人聚餐的好時間, 灣仔是一個熱門聚餐地點, 而粵軒是我其中一個在這區的Hot Pick, 除了因為六國這經典香港酒店品牌的加乘因素外, 地點就腳亦是重要因素. 說到這粵菜餐館, 最多討論的當然是其高價的黯然銷魂飯, 就是很簡單的叉燒煎蛋飯, 但二三百元的定價令食客卻步, 其實它的點心和小菜並不如此昂貴, 相反是比同類定位的茶樓抵食.午市點心必點的𧎚餃和燒賣, 處理得很不錯, 皮夠薄也不會黏成一塊, 摺紋處理得好令兩者看起來更飽滿, 特別是蝦餃,  燒賣的蟹籽是原始風味, 肉厚汁多, 豬和蝦肉比例平均, 沒有任何Luxurious的用料, 經典傳統風味也值得珍惜. 叉燒酥用上半肥瘦叉燒, 酥皮酥香夠脆, 烤得褐紅色就是傳統的中式烘焙, 咬起來口感層次分明, 同樣不是什麼伊比利亞豬肉, 但吃起來相當滋味.Canton Room is one of my favorite Cantonese restuarant for family and friend gathering as it provides good traditional dim sum. Canton Room is one of my favorite Cantonese restuarant for family and friend gathering as it provides good traditional dim sum. Although no luxurious ingredient is applied, the quality is good and taste is back to original. Sometimes less is really meaning more.
