黎到10月,估唔到香港仲連續打咗兩個8號風,不過好彩今日圓規都仲未有咁早掛8號😂,我依然可以同男朋友舒舒服服咁樣享受Fine Dining🥰。。Perfect Egg佢係用蘑菇黑松露粟米等等做成,粟米打成汁,粟米味又甜又濃郁,而且入口順滑😋,另外蘑菇味都好濃,再配上黑松露,成個層次提升😝。。French Red Shirt Fish西餐食紅衫魚真係第一次🤣,不過都好有驚喜,魚皮非常之脆😍,另外佢個汁係法式嘅汁,當中少少甜少少辣,除此之外仲有一D燈籠椒,燈籠椒係慢煮,又甜又淋👍🏻。。Pithivier of Pigeon and Foie Gras黎到今日嘅重點😍,呢個真係必點,唔叫唔得,絕對必食,重要嘅嘢要講三次😂。佢係類似威靈頓,唔同嘅係佢入面嘅肉係用鵝肝同乳鴿🙈,不過口感上我覺得同威靈頓各有特色,而且味道上呢一個更加特別😋。唔食牛嘅朋友,絕對可以嚟呢度試一試呢一個另類的威靈頓,一定唔會令你失望😜。。最後仲有一個甜品Strawberry and lemon tart個3層皮比出面食到既更加薄,更加脆,而且中間既吉士一D都吾膩,少少酸少少甜,勁好食😆。另外隔離仲有一個火紅嘅雪葩,味道偏
