To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

OT後黎左食譚仔三哥，同事話佢鍾意譚仔多啲，但間分店真係唔知係邊，去左商場裏的三哥，個人鍾意三哥多啲，啲湯底淡啲同碗粉大碗啲，其他野就差唔多啫。多左湯底揀？定係太耐無黎啦，印象中去到糊辣，之後好似有蕃茄湯？是但啦，反正都你揀酸辣。落單覆單都啱，但出到黎張單就係錯嘅，問完後發現落少左個送……同張幾個阿姐講都好似好唔明咁，算啦，最後落單個位發現錯咩，補返個送錢。同事的豬潤酸菜清湯少米，豬潤同酸菜都幾多。自己碗冬菇魚片頭酸辣少米，魚片頭三塊，冬菇四朵，都ok啦，好似之前都差唔多。酸辣湯底不太辣，酸十足，合我口味，米線爽口，ok。譚仔幾時都係快靚正，唔怪得成日都咁多人。
