前排香港日日落大雨,搞到個人濕氣好重,於是成班朋友就去咗試喺銅鑼灣同灣仔交界嘅金公館,食下辣野又敍下舊。餐廳位置唔算太難搵,裝修亦都幾靚,可能係因為平日夜晚嘅關係,成晚只係得三四枱客。首先嗌左一鍋杏汁豬肺湯,諗住如果辣得滯都有碗湯降下火。杏汁味十分濃,又夠滑。湯渣都好味,最後所有湯渣都俾我地食晒。辣炒雞軟骨,雞軟骨香脆而且份量足,最啱用嚟送酒。相比起雞軟骨,一班朋友更鍾意呢個辣炒豬大腸,一咬落去豬大腸啲油連埋辣味係個口噴髮出嚟,諗起都覺邪惡。水煮魚亦都有水準。相比之下,樟茶鴨只係大路之選。

首先嗌左一鍋杏汁豬肺湯,諗住如果辣得滯都有碗湯降下火。杏汁味十分濃,又夠滑。湯渣都好味,最後所有湯渣都俾我地食晒。

相比起雞軟骨,一班朋友更鍾意呢個辣炒豬大腸,一咬落去豬大腸啲油連埋辣味係個口噴髮出嚟,諗起都覺邪惡。
