早排上網見到澳門YOUTUBER拍片黎呢度參加活動,見食得好過癮咁就約埋朋友過黎一齊食一食。因為餐廳上面就係酒店,所以食客都幾多係酒店住客同埋好快客滿所以預早BOOK位係明智之舉。食飯前先點左兩個湯濕下個口,左邊係杏汁燉白肺湯而右邊係是日老火湯。兩個都好甜同夠火候,尤其鐘意白肺湯,豬肺清洗得夠乾淨而且杏仁味又夠晒濃,清香雪白嘅湯水飲落去好啱暑夜作解熱之用。松露野菌安格斯牛柳粒好細嫩,炒到半熟嘅牛肉入口油香味好足,咀嚼時更有黑松露嘅香氣滲出十分惹味。而配菜嘅野菌同露荀配上照燒汁,爽口得黎又有油香同樣好食。麻辣水煮鮮魚片,用上桂花魚製成所以入口非常鮮嫩細滑。而辣度方面花椒/乾辣椒/胡椒/八角等等嘅比例恰到好處,食落先香後麻,之後辣味再慢慢明顯地彈出,十分過癮。食到舌頭同嘴唇都有啲赤痛嘅感覺。水煮魚底下鋪墊着好多吸滿湯汁嘅紅薯粉,食完魚肉再食佢啱啱好。麻辣湯汁更加入味,配埋豆芽/芫茜/青瓜一齊食嘅感覺就好似食緊傷心酸辣粉咁。朋友食完水煮魚有啲頂唔順,就幫佢點個砂鍋蝦醬唐生菜降下温。生菜食落爽甜而且蝦醬香味好出,味道無俾水煮魚嘅辣蓋過。同埋剪去綠葉部分,只保留脆甜菜莖嘅做法真係好好。因為有時食

雖然餐廳位置遠左啲(其實地鐵站行過黎都唔使十分鐘),但食物質素有保證同埋個水煮魚真係好正宗。有佢補返數真係行耐啲都值得。
