To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前在尖沙咀K11 Musea，經常會去食嘅星馬泰菜嘅餐廳Chatterbox Café，在這邊都開了間分店，超喜歡食海南雞，故即時進入開餐囉。招牌菜✌️文華海南雞轉白飯～加錢轉埋無骨雞髀，雞皮爽脆幼滑，雞冇骨食落啖啖肉，非常之滋味，將雞與飯合併點埋薑蓉、黑豉油跟椒油一齊入口、令味道層次有更多的提升。素菜炒貴刁，香口腐皮鋪在貴刁上，河粉炒得惹味，素菜有爽口芽菜、椰菜、菇🍄同紅蘿蔔🥕。外出食飯想吃多啲菜，點呢款亦很唔錯啊👍。餐廳地方夠大，空間感足夠亦坐得舒適，食飽慢慢坐下傾下計都幾寫意啊👍。
