To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱去咗"駟馬拖車"，對呢家嘢食好有期待😋。一落座，就點咗啲點心同埋潮州特色。講真，陳皮牛肉腸味道正，肉腸Q彈唔膩，陳皮味嗆鼻，食落好開胃。然後轉戰星角大地魚燒賣，燒賣皮軟滑，地魚肉質紮實，感覺好滿足。跟住係脆皮雞絲春卷同菠蘿义燒焗餐包，兩者都得我心👍；春卷外皮香脆得嚟唔油膩，搭雞絲真係正，而燒飽軟綿綿，鮮甜多汁，真係一絕。之後又點咗潮式反沙芋，呢個真係驚喜，芋頭外層金黃脆口，入面就軟糯香滑，只想忍唔住多叫幾碟😝。最後嚟咗個蠔仔肉碎粥，簡直係粥中極品，蠔仔新鮮得令，肉碎滋味甘美，食完個人暖笠笠，痛快淋漓。整體來講，呢間潮州食堂，從頭食到尾，滿足感爆燈💡。阿伯伯姐服務態度好得嚟，環境又唔錯，趟趟食到笑口常開。下次約埋多啲朋友，再嚟一次濃濃潮州味嘅週末盛宴！🍲👌💯
