To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛角點菜,最鍾意揀鹽漬口味嘅肉,覺得調味之餘又唔會cover咗肉本身嘅鮮甜。個人覺得厚切牛脷比牛脷片更好食,但唔可以太熟,如果唔係會好靭~鹽漬雞脾肉肉質十分嫩滑,配牛角飯食味道一流。和牛粒雪花紋分佈平均,入口即溶,牛味好重。牛肋肉配月見汁嘅醬汁其實係松露、醬油加生蛋撈埋一齊,味道甜甜地我覺得普普通通,香味係幾獨特,但點咗呢個醬汁,反而遮蓋咗個肉嘅鮮味。特別推介牛角雪糕(雲呢拿味):牛角食飯點唔少得牛角雪糕!雲呢拿味奶香味濃,重點係每啖都會食到甜滋滋嘅黑蜜,加上黃豆粉中和味道,感覺就好似食緊日式黑蜜蕨餅咁~
