想食多啲菜就一於叫個西班牙火腿及蜜糖茄子捲, 煙肉包裹住羅馬生菜, 再加紫蘇葉, 茄子, 再post上 酸醋蜜糖汁, 酸酸咪咪, 配合煙肉嘅鹹香, 再加紫蘇葉羅馬生菜嘅爽脆, 百感交集MOJITO LAMB PINTXOS, presentation不錯, 尤其是個竹籤整成個心心, 再加MOJITO, 闢咗羊肉騷味, 食落去羊肉香酥比較少, 羊肉好JUICY, 不錯不錯薄切炙燒吞拿魚腩, 吞拿魚係食日本壽司嗰時間食得多, 西餐就真係比較少, 將吞拿魚切成一片片薄片, 再加火灸之後, post上芝麻同, 黑椒非常之香, 肉質非常的軟嫩滑, 配埋生菜羅馬生菜一齊食, 豐富咗個口感, 在再點埋青檸汁薑鱷魚香更加題先嫩煎慢煮鴨胸配甜些利酒汁拌炸番薯條, 鴨胸用SLOW COOK, 顥得特別滑但不失咬口, 配SHERRY SAUCE, 好香甜, 番薯倏, 外面黃色, 脆身, 裏面軟熟 再點埋個泰式嘅醬汁, 辣辣地, 非常之開胃
