To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經第二次食,今次終於記得寫食評。餐廳門口仲寫住試業階段同上次去唔同ge係,因為weekend 有專介紹唔同餐廳/有趣活動 ge fb page 賣廣告所以變得非常多人。已經早少少食但都等左around 30min,大熱天時,真係出晒汗午餐限時30min,上次黎見上一枱就走就會落定單,一坐低就有得食但今次坐低完一陣先有。望下周圍d人,好多人叫左Lunch先有ge '叉燒滑蛋飯' ,仲要賣晒就無當然我都叫番個啦平日我唔鐘意呢個組合,因為d 豉油汁好難令我食到成碟飯。但上次試完少少,又ok wor。今次決定叫碟叉燒薄切,雞蛋好滑,最重要個豉油,甜甜地,加埋就變到好好食。不過食到最後滑蛋有d'頂肚',剩左少少,同埋多d 豉油就perfect。最重要係,如果下次少人d,唔需要等咁耐更好。

。不過食到最後滑蛋有d'頂肚',剩左少少,同埋多d 豉油就perfect。

最重要係,如果下次少人d,唔需要等咁耐更好。
