朋友就移民諗住同佢食餐好既。經屋企人介紹訂左呢間Omakase諗住試下。其實一直對Omakase都冇乜太大好感,因為曾經有過唔太好既經驗。但係今次真心有驚喜,成個用餐體驗直頭可以講係一種享受,所以認唔住要打返篇出黎讚下。小店坐位唔多,坐滿應該都係11,12個左右。勁靚口罩信封為我地主理既安師父。睇住安師父料理係一種享受,完全可以感受到佢對食材質素同料理方法既執着。連一啲好細致既地方好似點解食材就咁做刺食而唔炙或者醬汁既特點都好細心同我地講解。蟹膏豆腐味道濃厚,個人最愛小蕃茄有啲過酸至於水雲味道可以,不過不失海鮮茶碗蒸味道OK算不過不失。三文魚子有一陣淡淡既酸味,所以整體唔太溶入到生蠔份量十足,爽口鮮甜加上淡淡既海水味十分唔錯.火炙白見貝,鮮甜爽口,兩片白見貝有兩種唔同層次既味道, 上面有少少醬汁,下面既有檸檬既清香睇住安師父細心咁幫條秋刀魚起骨,配上洽到好處既薑蓉鼓油, 味道岩岩好大拖羅刺身油份充足但係唔油膩, 加上先用岩鹽收乾少少水份另魚香魚香更加突出,配上紫蘇葉同即磨wasabi, 人生一大享受慢煮哈夷鮑魚配上肝醬,軟滑得黎仍然有少少彈牙池魚新鮮, 但係冇太大亮點金目鯛本身油份比較

大拖羅刺身油份充足但係唔油膩, 加上先用岩鹽收乾少少水份另魚香魚香更加突出,配上紫蘇葉同即磨wasabi, 人生一大享受

金目鯛本身油份比較重,經過炙燒將魚油香完全逼曬出黎,加上厚度同刀功都恰到好處

柚子雪糕,味道清新唔太甜。只係冬天食完咁多比較生冷既刺生類食物,最後食個凍冰冰既雪糕先走係有少少唔太合適~
士多啤梨泡芺感覺係有少少hea既~
