To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好想食雞煲，可能係因為天氣凍，好想食好辣嘅雞煲！所以呢日放工叫埋個一樣食得辣野嘅朋友陪我去食重慶雞煲！但霎時間真係諗吳唔起邊度有得食，所以將個重任交比個朋友去諗，哈哈！因為身處觀塘，我哋覺得工廈一定隱藏住一啲美味餐廳，上網搜尋一下就搵到呢一間「川粤時空時尚小廚」。上到去當然即刻叫雞煲啦，有半隻同一隻揀，我哋首先嗌一隻，忽然間有朋友話join埋，所以即時再嗌多煲。重慶雞煲 $168/半隻；$298全隻 用上花椒、辣椒、大蒜、洋蔥等等加上香料製成，麻辣飄香，雞肉又夠多，好惹味！蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊蝦 $198然後再嗌多個海鮮。仲想差唔多10隻蝦，蝦肉彈牙鮮味，鋪上咗蒜蓉蒜香十足。
