今日Team Dinner,好鍾意食海鮮嘅大佬今次話唔去鯉魚門喇,揀左嚟御膳食私房菜(隔嚟Team阿姐極力推介)。成Team裁左一半人,即係剩低嘅人要做雙份野,OT無間斷,唯一保持嘅就係Team Dinner。有得食,總好過冇得食!今次交俾我負責,打電話去訂位,講低日期、時間、人數、電話同食物要求,店員就話會WhatsApp個餐單我睇睇,第二日收到餐單,Forward去Team個Whatsapp Group,冇人有意見就扑鎚決定!我哋都冇人食過御膳,因為佢冇做午市,只做晚市!全店只有六張枱,今晚全場滿座。香芒沙律大蝦球四人份炸蝦球配新鮮芒果、青提子、藍莓、紅蘋果、青蘋果、士多啤梨,蝦球即炸熱辣辣,生果新鮮,梗好食,作為頭盤最啱!大肉蟹一隻,約一斤。可以揀花雕雞油蛋白蒸、避風塘炒、薑蔥炒、胡椒炒、四川香辣炒,我哋一致揀左花雕蒸,皆因大家未食過。一上枱就好香花雕味,仲成隻蟹型擺返出嚟,好有氣勢!肉蟹好厚肉,彈牙,下次要加錢要夠兩隻或要隻斤半先得,好正!花雕味香,但味道唔會過濃,蟹肉中散發出啖啖酒香味!唔單止隻蟹出色,連蛋白好嫩滑,滑到似豆腐花,仲有啲蟹味酒味滲左入去,但雞油就唔多覺喇!我哋

全單$1748,有齊魚蝦蟹,材料都落重本,又食到飽飽,「滿足」
! 而且部份菜式嘅烹調方法都係第一次試,感覺新鮮。全晚店員不斷換碟換碗,仲不斷加水,收碟爽快,服務唔錯架。 睇返餐牌,仲有好多想食嘅菜式。原來兩個人都有套餐,又可以即場散點,希望下次我哋team可以多返啲人,可以食多啲開心啲
