To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九月十六日 (星期四)相約了老公仔和同事們一起到歌賦街吃lunch本想去吃八千代的,去到沒有七人檯.要分開坐,而且是日冷氣壞了(夏日炎炎...點吃拉麵呢?!)於是去到歌賦街看看有什麼好吃因為沒有訂檯,所以吃不到銀杏館,見到這間其貌不揚的上海菜館,就試試無錫小排骨小排骨很好吃,又稔又入味,推介醬汁還可以來伴飯小籠包皮厚得很,要扣很多分肉汁不多,而且等得耐上海粗炒等了廿分鐘左右,大家吃了大半才來,沒有效率呢粗炒味道一般,比較肥膩肉比較少,而菜多,不較都很油歌賦街選擇太多,下次不會再來吧

皮厚得很,要扣很多分
肉汁不多,而且等得耐

上海粗炒
等了廿分鐘左右,大家吃了大半才來,沒有效率呢
粗炒味道一般,比較肥膩
肉比較少,而菜多,不較都很油

歌賦街選擇太多,下次不會再來吧
