To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿意的晚餐

過左晚餐時間，咁岩行過見到一間餐廳收成12點幾，又咁岩係一位，當然你二話不說即刻入去。原來係間專食焗薯的餐廳，之前都聽過朋友講過，估唔到係咁的情況下試到。雖然佢出名係焗薯，但晚餐黎講，我就始終唔習慣所以都係叫左個魷魚意大利飯食。價錢唔貴，而個飯都唔錯，起碼唔似出面D意大利飯咁食汁，所以整體黎講會再黎食。
