To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情下難得出尖沙咀、跟友人來到新開的日本料理店 — 鮨燐,就在H Zentre 谷辰樓上。今次點的是十四貫壽司定食、十分期待!首先送上前菜沙律爽脆開胃、嫩滑的茶碗蒸、伴以高湯蛋香濃郁。初次品嘗蜜柑鯛、以蜜柑果皮飼養的鯛魚帶有橘香、沒有任何調味吃出魚的清香。右口魚的油香在口裡縈繞、伴以右口魚裙邊更添爽脆口感。深海池魚鮮嫩肥美帆立貝 肉質鮮甜、加入少許青檸汁更加清新。聽說新鮮北寄貝呈灰褐色、熟時為淺紅色、有幸吃到這麼新鮮的北寄貝、撒上柚子皮、鮮味爽脆。赤貝非常爽口美味。鰤魚原來是野生油甘魚、口感細緻幼滑、綴以柚子胡椒、味道甘甜。金目鯛 魚皮微微燒過、充滿焦香池魚 魚味濃郁伴以 薑蔥醬油、軟滑鮮嫩。鯖魚上面鋪上白昆布、芝蔴和紫蘇葉、酸甜味道很開胃、豐富的口感充滿驚喜。最後送上櫻花蝦白素麵和清新的荔枝雪芭完美作結。
