To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早首次去食佢哋嘅早餐,發現佢哋都幾跟上潮流,用QR code 手機點餐,諗住會快靚正。9點半坐低叫兩個餐,其中一個正常時間到咗,另一個餐,只到咗飲品。於是一路都有催單,職員只話整緊㗎喇(豬扒麵一大碗)。等到10點,真係忍唔住,叫取消張單,職員埋黎話廚房一直排住隊煎緊豬扒,客人多,我真係目擊當時得十幾枱客,唔通個個食豬扒,又唔明,手機電腦入單,黎到一個餐,另一個無影,無理由漏單㗎。最終叫埋單,有個似係高級啲嘅職員,就話唔好意思(終於有職員肯跪低),啲員工新黎做,送錯碗麵比其他枱。食碗豬扒麵,要等超過30分鐘,仲要遇到講大話嘅職員,真係比佢哋破壞美好一天嘅開始。
