To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次食火鍋放題，成人$148，小童$98。晚上9點開始，一坐底就寫紙落單。到咗9點20分都仲未有任何食物送到。最離譜係食物到咗之後，打邊爐個煲都未嚟。傳菜姐姐自己都出聲，等到個煲湯底嚟咗，啲水滾都已經9點30分。直到食完第一輪打邊爐食物，一開始落單的小食都完全無嚟過。再落單之後，竟然送咗啲無叫過的食物嚟。我叫嘅唔送嚟，我無叫又夾硬放低。明明上次都ok，食完呢次真係無下次。極度失望！嗰一粒星係俾傳菜姐姐的。
