一直都好想試吓香港嘅鐵板燒,於是膽粗粗咁walk in去咗呢間鐵板燒店,好彩唔駛等位。因為係周年晚餐,所以想食好小小,於是揀咗熊本套餐嘅澳洲牛扒厚燒。一開始上左個沙律同埋前菜,前菜有牛蒡、豆腐同埋蒜頭,牛蒡咬落去好爽脆,豆腐整得幾好,有浸鮮甜嘅魚味,而我就唔係咁鍾意食蒜頭所以冇乜評價。沙律方面粟米同埋番薯都好甜,沙律菜幾新鮮,加上有酸酸甜甜嘅柚子汁都幾開胃。之後廚師就開始蒸蛋,蒸蛋等左大約20分鐘到,有啲老,不過加咗墨魚子,食落又幾鮮甜,可以帶出個蛋味,蛋入面有好細塊嘅鵝肝,食落又有幾豐富嘅口感,唔錯!鵝肝多士煎得啱啱好,食落唔會好油膩,配上有蒜蓉香嘅麵包好好味!然後廚師就開始整海鮮,呢度嘅海鮮都係新鮮嘅,所以放落個鐵板到佢哋仲會郁,有啲殘忍唔係好敢望住廚師整.....鮑魚加咗少少鹽同胡椒簡單咁煮已經好好食,龍蝦就落咗龍蝦膏同埋調味料炒左兩炒,食落幾彈牙又有龍蝦膏嘅味,然後廚師會用火燒龍蝦頭再用龍蝦頭去煲湯。終於到我最期待嘅牛扒,師傅會問你想食幾多成熟,牛扒食落去唔係太重牛味,有少少失望不過廚師真係煎得幾好,生熟控制得啱啱好。廚師係炒飯之前仲會問你想要啲乜嘢公仔同埋慶祝啲乜嘢日子,同場

終於到我最期待嘅牛扒,師傅會問你想食幾多成熟,牛扒食落去唔係太重牛味,有少少失望不過廚師真係煎得幾好,生熟控制得啱啱好。

廚師係炒飯之前仲會問你想要啲乜嘢公仔同埋慶祝啲乜嘢日子,同場嘅人就點左幾個公仔,覺得佢整得都幾好,仲會寫上文字然後叫你過去影相,係一個唔錯嘅體驗。

甜品都幾有驚喜,初頭以為淨係食雪糕,點知原來仲有即場整嘅銅鑼燒。紅豆唔會太甜,燒餅整得外脆內軟,係我覺得最好食嘅食物!
其實個套餐唔止呢幾樣野,只不過覺得其他冇乜特別,所以冇詳細咁寫。整體來講呢個價錢再加新鮮嘅食材同用餐體驗都幾值得。
ps餐飯食咗三個鐘。
