To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺潮庭飲茶,真係一種享受😌。今次點咗幾樣小食,講起呢個薑蔥牛百葉嚟,真係好有勁。牛百葉爽口,薑蔥味剛好,食落真係咁滑咁香。夠曬正!然到迷你鹵水小四拼,要讚下佢哋嘅鹵水功夫,特別係鹵水豆腐,味道剛剛好,食落鹵香四溢,花生味好突出,令人停唔到口🤤。話說返個香茜牛肉腸,真係讓人欣賞到平實食物嘅美好。香茜清新提味,而家牛肉塞滿咗腸皮,一啖咬落去,那個腸皮嘅QQ感同牛肉嘅多汁完美結合,正到不得了。至於嗰個菠蘿叉燒包,拎上手大家都話輕飄飄嘅,層皮卜卜脆,配上暖烘烘甜甜嘅叉燒內餡,間中啖又點埋鬆化嘅菠蘿碎,香甜得來不膩口,飲茶必試之選!佢哋嘅特色拼盤唔得了,出色嘅係嗰個帶子芋蓉酥,啖啖肉嘅帶子夾住滑潤嘅芋蓉,又香又脆嘅皮,真係幾有驚喜。味道層次豐富,wee嗰味,真係食完仲想再嚟幾個🥰。總體嚟講,今次體驗整體算係滿意嘅。潮庭喺太古城嘅位置寧靜,食物種類多元,口味正宗,下次再約埋三五知己一齊嚟,一定又係一場食指大動嘅好滋味!
