陳儀興潮州菜做得有聲有色,其實牛雜粉麵也在潮州菜系中佔一席位粉麵店舖主打正宗潮州牛雜及各款稀有部位,價錢合理小店裝修充滿老香港情懷,牆上有一舊日港島街道壁畫店面積不算大但坐得舒適,店員親切有禮,會主動推薦菜式餐牌應有盡有,除了一般丸類粉麵,牛類選擇也很多加$15可追加牛類,牛坑腩崩沙腩粗麵的牛坑腩比起普通牛腩有更多脂肪,口感軟腍崩沙腩比較爽口,口感豐富, 牛味更香炸爆佢系列之炸章魚丸炸至金黃色,十分香口小涼拌麻香豬耳每一片都沾滿了秘製麻香醬及脆口芝麻粒,入口爽脆惹味追加龍鳳檸樂只須$12,放飛甜、酸、鹹的三重刺激
