To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午約了朋友去了圓方飲茶, 很久沒去百樂潮州酒家屬少數正宗潮州菜食肆, 酒家環境寧靜闊落, 開餐前先喝杯味道甘醇的功夫茶,還有酸甜爽口開胃的美味咸酸菜,來作為前菜!招牌點心孖寶 (蟹籽粒燒賣, 潮州蒸粉果) 各兩粒燒賣- 大大粒鮮蝦、冬菇、咬落口肉質爽口彈牙粉果- 內含少量肥豬肉,再加花生餡料十足,肉香非常瑤柱蝦米蔥花腸皮薄餡香,雪白晶瑩、米香軟綿滑溜,加點甜豉油滑入口, 口感軟滑鮮雜菌杞子棉花雞棉花雞的雞件大塊軟嫩, 配搭鮮雜菌和杞子健康有營翡翠蘆荀素餃皮薄晶瑩通透, 餡料豐富內有蘆荀粒, 紅蘿蔔粒, 冬菇粒等等... 那蔬菜的鮮嫩與清爽滋味都令人再三回味整體來說環境舒服, 服務好, 食物有質素, 價錢都合理!
