Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公係牛頭角開會,今晚揀咗黎呢間餐廳食飯。餐廳係食潮州菜,款式都多。枱面放了前菜,味道爽甜。水放在電子爐上面,禁幾個制就有熱水幾方便。🔸半煎煮馬友馬友肉質嫩滑,魚油豐富,魚皮煎過有焦香的味道,口感帶微脆濕潤,魚湯清甜。🔸潮式炸雙棗(蝦棗及蟹棗)蝦棗外表圓圓,肉質結實彈牙,味道鮮美;蟹棗係長條形,肉質較鬆,裏面有啲爽口馬蹄粒,味道幾清甜。🔸滷水鵝片鵝片切得厚薄適中,鵝片有啲有嚼勁、有啲煙韌、有啲嫩滑,味道鹹香,豆腐嫩滑。🔸紹菜煮鹹肉廚師用咗雞湯煮,令湯味道有鹹香味,紹菜軟腍吸收湯的精華,但唔會太鹹,鹹肉是瘦中帶少許肥肉的腩片,口感較乾身。
