To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小時侯,我最討厭到的應該是酒樓,因為與家人飲茶一坐便是幾個小時,並且氣氛過於熱鬧,很嘈吵,座位編排又密密麻麻,很迫狹,每次總有很多理由推卻。可是人越大,越明白這些時刻才是最珍貴的。從醒覺那刻開始,每次我都會盡量抽空出席家庭茶聚,因家人都喜歡飲茶。最近,就與一大班食友一同來到位於旺角新世紀廣場的百樂潮州酒樓參加歡樂開年茶聚。起初真的不太知道這兒原來有供應點心,因為許多潮州酒樓甚至只開夜市。此外,現在開始至4月30日,凡惠顧旺角店滿$100,即送此店$10現金卷乙張,消費越多,獎賞越多。這兒的點心都離不開那些大路貨色,但卻加入更多貴價食材,如以叉燒酥為例,便加入了鮑魚粒,不但令味道更美,亦令質感變得煙靱有嚼勁。另外,棉花雞也額外加入了鮑螺片及淮山,令整道點心變得豪華又似曾相識。當然基本的點心亦做得不俗,怎能缺少了百樂蝦餃皇及蟹籽粒燒賣呢?蝦餃皇晶瑩剔透,半透明的皮厚薄適中,煙煙靱靱,餡料又飽滿,而且還很爽口彈牙。燒賣吃來都有鮮味,而且咬落有彈性,兩者都是紮實不俗的。除了點心外,當然還有潮州野供應,如這道涼拌魚皮,爽口脆身,恰到好處的調味著實不錯。本來小弟酷愛秘製生醃螄蚶非常,但今次的水準有

除了點心外,當然還有潮州野供應,如這道涼拌魚皮,爽口脆身,恰到好處的調味著實不錯。本來小弟酷愛秘製生醃螄蚶非常,但今次的水準有點兒有出入,咸味過重,完全蓋過了臣股鮮甜,有點兒失望。

吃過凍盤後,還有煎糯米大腸,一客四件,份量剛好,外層非常香脆,糯米煙靱有咬口,只是味道略淡,蘸上桔油令味道變得好味。清湯牛腩看似簡單的一道,實則非常花功夫,湯底清澈鮮甜,牛腩肉香味濃又軟腍,估不到水準亦算不錯。

最後還要極力推介紹香酥玻璃鴨,平常一叫便要半隻起,現在可以點一份少的,實在太好了。炸得非常香脆,芋蓉很香滑,而且鴨肉味濃,配個起便很好吃了。
