濃味粉葛湯

今日來到卑路乍街加記，這是一間開了很多年的老店，門面裝修很古老特色。見牆上掛了金鳳米的相，不知是不是用金鳳米煮的白飯，不過白飯真的煮得很好食。粉葛湯也很濃味，唔似係味精湯。我叫了豉汁蒸白鱔，很久沒有吃白鱔了，白鱔很彈牙，不過份量有點少，因為白鱔下面鋪了豆腐。其他的菜份量都幾多，咸度到適中。
