To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家夜上海環境隱蔽,週一晚人不多,客人都輕聲細語,暗暗的燈光加上小野麗莎的溫柔嗓音營造慵懶的氣氛。餐廳佈置精緻,色澤搭配低調奢華。爆炒河蝦仁是本幫招牌菜,不過不失。紅燒肉徹底體現濃油赤醬的特點,味道相對較淡。幹鍋菜花少許辣,很是香口。由於每碟菜份量不大,擔心不飽的時候上了生煎包,四個包一碟,包子比想像中大份,中間的肉質結實多汁,外脆內嫩。總體而言菜式沒有印象特別深刻,而服務貼心舒服。是個讓人放鬆談心敘舊的地方。
