To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這位的這間冰室,環境舒適明亮,座位設有卡位讓顧客坐得放鬆自在。雖然在繁忙時段需要等位,但職員的服務反應極為迅速。然而,餐廳在食物品質上仍有需要改善的地方。我點了碗炸醬撈麵,入口時發現醬料分量十分單薄,缺乏應有的濃郁感。而且湯頭也欠奉蔥花等配料,整體口感欠缺層次。更令人失望的是,麵底竟非採用傳統生麵,而且調味也過於生澀,難以品嚐。建議餐廳可以考慮調整醬料配方,加強口感,並重新審視麵條的選用,為食客帶來更佳的用餐體驗。
