Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同朋友去咗灣仔一間叫「一遊」嘅日式居酒屋,整體感覺真係幾正!一入去就好似時光倒流去咗江戶時代,佈置同氣氛都好有日本味。我哋開頭叫咗海膽吞拿魚壽司,真係好靚仔!最上面係超新鮮嘅海膽,鮮甜得嚟唔腥;中間係一片滑溜嘅吞拿魚,再加吞拿魚蓉,最後先係醋飯。每啖入口層次感好豐富,食得出用料好實在。之後試咗海鮮天婦羅盛合,入面有帶子、海膽、茄子、秋葵、南瓜、番薯、魷魚同埋魚,粉漿唔厚但超脆,種類多樣化,完全滿足晒海鮮控。串燒方面亦都冇失望,特別推介年糕燒,外脆內軟,仲有香蔥免治雞油揚,食落層次好豐富。牛肉串包住菇,牛肉鮮嫩,汁多味濃,每串都熱辣辣出場。主食試咗牛肉石頭燒飯,個底有脆卜卜嘅飯焦,超正!牛肉份量多,配埋泡菜一齊食,非常惹味,飯桶必點!飲品方面,柚子酒同柚子梳打都好清新,柚子酒帶淡淡果香,飲完真係唔夠喉。最後我哋仲試咗神龍純米大吟釀,清香易入口,完全係完美嘅結尾。
