To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛去完會展展覽,就上網search下邊度有好野食,見到有間叫1963木十豆寸,名字咁特別ge地點有點難找,同朋友係樓下轉左幾個圈先搵岩門口,像私房菜一樣要上樓上。叫了一碟鹹蛋白玉苦瓜($70),我本身不太好苦瓜,但味道意外地好食,配上鹹蛋黃味,感覺一流滷肉飯($30)細細碗都足夠了,份最其實剛剛好,滷肉肥瘦均有,配上半隻蛋。滷味併盤($75),滷水汁不太出,這個有點失望清湯牛肉面($70)有牛根,牛展,口感豐富,湯底不太鹹順帶一提,依度所有碗碟都好有特式
