上星期五同同事過咗灣仔食嘢吹水,同事介紹咗我哋去呢間意日fusion餐廳,入面除咗有西餐食之外,仲有日式鐵板燒,呢種crossover真係令我大開眼界😆 而佢嘅環境都好靚下,有唔少綠色植物遍佈喺餐廳,入到去即刻有種好relaxing嘅感覺😌首先嗌咗個白酒煮青口做前菜,一上到嚟就聞到好香白酒味,青口份量算多,肉質爽口新鮮,點上有蒜香嘅白酒汁一齊食,白酒青口幾時都咁搭🤭主食方面,我哋嗌咗呢度嘅名物——海膽意粉👀 估唔到又幾有驚喜,意粉煮到剛好,al dente嘅質感,再配上超級濃郁嘅海膽cream sauce,同埋面頭甘甘甜甜嘅海膽,好食到停唔到口😋 如果份量再多返少少就更好。另外,再嗌咗牛舌意粉,牛舌係以慢煮形式製成,食落非常軟腍☺️ 仲切到細細粒,方便進食,意粉同樣al dente,而個sauce充滿洋蔥嘅香味,都幾唔錯!最後,我哋嗌多咗個海鮮湯,有唔同嘅chef recommended海鮮,包括大大粒帶子、煎鱈魚、青口、蜆同蝦,每種海鮮都好新鮮😌 而個湯都好特別,係以羅勒、蕃茄乾同埋日本香川橄欖製成,配住咁多海鮮,特別有鮮味!同你一齊搵更多好嘢食😋
