To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成條潮汕街好多嘢食，有日本料理火鍋， cafeshop，美式酒吧，美食餐廳，香港素菜外賣小店等等。 俾店落地玻璃啲餐牌吸引，覺得係正宗日式餐廳先入去試吓！！叫左咖哩豬肉，濃茄牛肉蛋包飯同一杯蘋果汁。 都未試過比餐廳二粒星。。。1分係杯蘋果汁好飲，唔係紙包，玻璃杯上枱1分係俾我感覺係模仿日式料理味道有點奇怪，可能自己期望太高，佢係過江龍定？？ 埋單$10x 計算，茶餐廳都可以食到這樣的水準吧。茄汁似茶餐廳啲汁 ，咖哩汁正常，豬肉牛肉味道一般，都咬得開嘅。係俾佢個包裝又畫了只能説，食茶餐廳都係6x。
