蝦肉十分爽彈,配上魚子醬鹹香十足😍
蝦肉當中仲加咗啲洋蔥粒🧅,口感豐富☺
呢個真心正!必點🤤

酥皮包住乳鴿同鵝肝好邪惡🤤
乳鴿大約5成熟,加上鵝肝食落好香但又唔油膩☺
Size都夠哂大,2個人share岩哂😚

餐廳已經預先切好☺啲肉呈嫩紅色🥰
食落肉質柔軟,一啲都唔韌😚
不過個人略嫌羊味淡咗啲😝

最後當然唔少得甜品環節😍
叫咗個Tarte Tatin,即係蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕🍎🍦
甜品即叫即焗,所以大約需要15分鐘☺
個批底酥脆,牛油味香🤤上面嘅焦糖蘋果好香甜
配上雲呢拿雪糕冰火交融感覺超正😍
