每次經過灣仔,都見到修頓對面有個街市仔,但就偏偏唔知道原來上邊都有樓上菜,仲要係咁好食嘅泰菜。👏🏼👏🏼餐廳係好傳統嘅泰國餐廳,冇乜fusion菜,顯然對自己嘅食物質素非常有信心。👌先來就叫咗個噴靚咖喱海鮮,噴靚咖哩其實係由紅咖喱加埋花生椰奶熬煮而成,味道比較一般紅咖喱會甜一啲,而且醬汁會比較濃稠,最啱就係配薄餅一齊食,傳統上咖喱亦會有酸子等材料,咁啱呢度跟足傳統,所以個咖喱唔會越食越膩,保持清新的口感👍🏼👍🏼再來就係炸肉丸生菜包,肉丸外層係麵包糠,金黃香脆,內裏口感綿密,唔好睇小佢,其實佢係綿裏藏針,辣椒嘅後勁十足,令人食上癮。不得不提嘅係,醉酒佬炒豬肉碎肥粉,肥粉有啲似係外貌係河粉嘅薯粉,最令我欣賞嘅係餐廳用咗好多唔同口感嘅嘢去炒呢碟肥粉,有爽口嘅生菜,有煙韌嘅肥粉,亦有實淨嘅蘿蔔,所以食落去口感好豐富。埋尾我哋仲叫咗個燒雞,雖然準備約時間比較長,不過真係仲炭火去燒出嚟,所以味道係值回票價😋食咗咁多嘢,買單都唔使$500,講真港島嚟講,我又真係冇乜食過呢個味道呢個價錢,佢值得更多人支持🤩
