To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麥麥屋係灣仔隱世餐廳,只開平日中午,平日放lunch時間遲左都未必有位,不過真心高質好好味食過好多次,之前次次都叫卡邦尼意粉,因為真係好好味。好多地方都有卡邦尼意粉,好食既唔多,呢間係好好味。不過今次想介紹更好味既意粉:白汁蜆肉花雕酒意粉 🍝 配 桂花烏龍茶 有一次見有新Menu,俾蜆肉花雕酒吸引左,蜆肉好有酒香,加埋白汁洋蔥出奇地超夾超好味,之後就每次都係叫呢個另外一讚係佢餐飲係可以跟花茶,有幾款係免費,成個感覺好健康不過,如果唔係早黎,或者lunch時間好趕就未必建議,因為得老闆娘一個煮,逐個煮,精心炮製,人多既時候出野食可能要耐少少,不過絕對值得等,因為超好味
