灣仔一座舊式歷史建築地下,灰色的外牆內,隱藏著一間叫AERA的餐廳,入面半開放式的廚房,睇到廚師們努力咁為顧客泡制美食。今次試左佢地個10道菜既Tasting Menu,每道菜上枱時,廚師都會親自介紹,非常細心。Honey Pea / Gardenia / PearTomato / Basal / AlbumenMussel / Panna / Caviar前菜小食仰三款小食,放置係一個木製器皿上,擺盤賣相吸引,分別有蕃茄蛋白脆餅、蜜糖豆梨撻同埋青口魚子醬奶凍。Spring Onion / Egg / Corn再來是一個打到起晒泡,入面有蛋、粟米粒同帶子,口感細滑。Soy / Yeast / Morseradish餐包是自家製的酸種麵包,配以辣根牛油,蘸上更滋味。Rice / Urchin / Garlic又一碗泡泡,個面鋪左海膽,下面收埋左個酸梅醋飯。Pattes / Malt / Lemon廚師介紹係選用了本地三黃雞,雞腳連住好多雞腿肉,用麥芽糖醃一晚,風乾後再烤熟,入口皮脆肉嫩,可能因為味道太重,所以仲特別配上一杯青檸蜂蜜梳打。Fish / Green Pea / Fennel香
