今晚餐廳非常熱鬧,很多客人都慕名而來率先體驗餐廳的冬日餐單,侍應帶領我們就座後簡單介紹了今晚的餐單主題,理所當然的選擇了是餐廳「六環」為主題的招牌菜單,餐廳率先為我們送上幾款前菜小食,最令人印象深刻的是以分子料理方式呈現的小籠包小撻,外型精緻,入口爆汁滿溢,味道更是出現意想不到的層次,竟然融合了泡菜及椒鹽的組合,非常有驚喜。

用五香豬柳製成肉丸,覆盆子醋作醬汁,配料用上西班牙辣肉腸及靜岡縣櫻花蝦,最後底層是燸米飯,製成這道中西合壁的炒燸米飯,非常有創意。入口材料非常豐富飽滿,覆盆子醋中和了油膩感,整體很平衡。

主菜二選一,與朋友亳不例外的都選擇了招牌煙燻乳鴿,餐廳採用本地乳鴿,再經過熟成處理,侍應先是展示完整的煙燻鴿子,揭蓋後迎面而來的便是濃郁香氣,先是感受到花椒八角的氣味,然後有淡淡花雕酒香。
