前排搭小巴見到”大滾友“嘅招牌好搶眼,所以今日同朋友經過就決定入去試下佢咩料~🏮宮廷風格裝潢、雕刻龍紋鍋爐、青花瓷用具,好似置身宮廷享用美食一樣,環境舒適又別緻！🐓花膠雞湯鍋(半隻)人氣花膠雞湯鍋,香濃雞湯底,加上鮮雞同花膠再煮,啖啖精華,雞味極濃郁！店員奉上湯鍋後,會即場剪開花膠放入,建議湯滾起可以先飲一兩碗再落雞,食幾多落幾多,就唔怕滾到老晒😍🐂牛肉拼盤(細)牛肉拼盤有幾個唔同部位,包括牛頸脊、牛舌、牛柳粒,全部都好有牛味,擺盤又靚又特別,每片淥數秒可食,啱晒花心想試唔同牛肉嘅我！🐖伊比利亞橡果豬粉紅色超薄切,有大理石紋般的油花,肉味更芳香濃郁,而且唔油膩！🍡手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸及蟹子鮮蝦滑口感好豐富,好彈牙!🥗大滾友雜菜拼盤蔬菜拼盤好靚,真心夠三四個人食,包羅萬有！🥃竹蔗茅根渣打邊爐又點少得竹蔗茅根,大大壺,消暑又解渴!🔥火焰焦糖豆腐花店員喺豆腐花上面加啲黃糖,再加少少酒,然後點火,效果好似火焰雪山咁,真係睇得又食得,滿足！
