To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為一個火鍋控，我每日都喺各大網站上尋找新開既火鍋店🍲，一次偶然中，我喺網上搵到話題中的「一鍋堂」，網評極佳，於是就約咗一班好友去品嚐下佢嘅美食。好彩我哋提前訂位，到達時已經見到好多人排緊隊😳。呢度有一款令我哋一眾火鍋控大開眼界嘅70分鐘定量火鍋餐，食材新鮮，價格公道，味道又一流!《西班牙栗飼豬梅肉片🐖》定係極品。入口即化，口感細膩，整個味道好有層次，而且肉嘅脂肪分佈得恰到好處，真係好呷！肉質鮮嫩，口感豐滿，肉片的優點更被火鍋的烹調方式放大。《養生藥膳湯底🍵》湯底香味濃郁，完全其怪嘅味道，飲落去又香又好味，更加突顯左食材嘅鮮味。《香茜墨魚丸🦑》產品味道鮮美，香茜同墨魚味混合得剛剛好，口感豐腴，超級彈牙感。食一咬就知係用心去做嘅。《木耳拍青瓜🥗》味道清新，帶有一絲木耳的脆口和青瓜的爽脆，係火鍋控們餐後最愛！總括黎講，一鍋堂係一間物超所值嘅火鍋店，唔單止食材新鮮，口味多樣，而且員工友善親切，推介嘅菜式都好合我哋口味。如果你都系火鍋迷，咁你一定要去試次看！希望下次去食，仲可以見到你！😉
