喺中環返工嘅大肥早就留意到萬年大廈有孖舖開業,仲要係肥肥家族最愛嘅日本菜,得知右方嘅「希鳥」會率先於七月提供晚市,網上訂座平台一開放,即叫小肥組團一試。網上訂座系統操作簡易,可訂兩星期內嘅晚餐,並註明要坐房或吧枱,不用預繳訂金,只要有位,三分鐘內即搞掂。新店黑木嘅門面以玫瑰金鐵枝襯托,新潮得黎都幾有格調。請留意,店子準六點開門,早到一定要喺門口等。安心進場時,發現通往姊妹店「うしどき」(Ushidoki)嘅通道有個大型嘅酒櫃。正門及酒櫃中間藏有一間可容納六人嘅私人廂房,學蕃薯uncle話齋,食串燒當然係要近廚得食坐吧枱啦!為食七子被安排入座圍繞著開放式廚房嘅高櫈吧位,據悉滿座時最多可坐十八人。面對著幾位眼神唔識笑兼且嚴肅嘅日籍師傅,XO仔即運用自己唔咸唔淡嘅日文嘗試破破冰,搞吓氣氛。嘻嘻,第一步已成功索取各人嘅大名,穿著深色衫嘅主廚名為Yoshi-san,可以國語溝通嘅係唔講大話嘅真言師傅。後方負責煮理串燒嘅則為Chikashi-san。唔識日文或者國語都唔洗緊張,因為經理哥哥Tomo-san可以英語對答,場內嘅學徒妹妹及友善嘅服務生們全部都可幫忙翻譯。除咗要讚揚年輕落力嘅服務團隊之外
