To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午去食（已經1：45pm，唔算好多人），入去嘅時候見到人地臺上面嘅炒蛋多士幾好，就叫左個特餐叉燒意粉配多士同炒嫩蛋（＄37，凍飲＋＄3）。叉燒意粉（score:2/5)：＊叉燒份量幾多，size ok 大，有4﹣5件，唔肥但係唔鞋口，唔錯。＊意粉好淋，淋到爛開，食唔出係意粉，似煮過頭ge 油麵！唔明點解咁都可以上碟。＊湯底：幾濃，食完都無好口渴。多士同炒嫩蛋 (score:1/5):＊多士叫左多烘，但係明顯無，但係都幾脆，不過就好乾，雖然係厚切多士，都無外脆內軟，好似食緊脆餅咁。＊炒嫩蛋 ：唔掂 - 圖中可以見到，完全唔係炒蛋，而係煎蛋皮，而且非常多油，有一‘泡’油係蛋面。當時唔算peak hour，唔知點解可以咁求其其他：唔計食物質素，夥計都好友善，凍檸茶都唔錯。

 其他：唔計食物質素，夥計都好友善，凍檸茶都唔錯。 

Other Info. : 呢條街附近有好多茶餐廳，有d 比較出名嘅餐廳明顯做呢類茶記食品比較好，至少炒蛋係炒蛋。如果呢個質素係早餐＄28，9蚊都仲可以接受，但係收成差唔多＄40，至少應該名符其實，保證返上臺食物符合餐牌上寫嘅
