吹水之友會週年慶典,繼續炒蝦拆蟹,大吃大喝慶祝一番。吃海鮮餐,頭炮非白灼蝦莫屬。以白灼蝦來說,蝦不算細隻,然而整碟份量不多,食三數隻蝦便要弄汚手指,不划算。薑蔥炒蟹的蟹肉未算肥美,不過一梳梳的蟹肉還是鮮味的,蔥段亦炒得夠香。蒜蓉蒸扇貝蒜味不太霸道,還吃到扇貝的鮮甜細嫩。椒鹽巨型瀨尿蝦椒鹽相當香口,瀨尿蝦肉結實緊致,惹味之作。清蒸鮑魚仔蒸得甚佳,肉質不靭,鮑魚味濃。忘了薑蔥蒸的是甚麼魚,總之魚肉滑不溜口,豉油也不會過鹹。一次大成功的吹水聚會盛典!
