To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信金飯館話自己香港炒飯第一都冇人反對。兩年之前喺九龍灣放工嘅時候，我有時會約女朋友去金飯館食晚飯。今日決定同女朋友回味一下金飯館炒飯嘅魅力😍- 秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯牛肉肉質軟稔，吸收曬沙嗲醬味道，蘭王蛋顏色特別橙，食落蛋味非常濃郁。炒飯作為餐廳招牌當然絕無失手，飯炒到金黃乾身，真係蛋香米香兼備。- 龍躉班肉泡飯龍躉斑已經起晒肉，而且切成一片片，肉質結實啖啖肉。湯好鮮甜，份量好大非常抵食。- 櫻花蝦醬油時蔬我哋揀咗菜心，菜心新鮮爽脆，配上櫻花蝦口感更豐富。原來除咗炒飯出色之外，泡飯一樣唔錯。無論炒飯泡飯份量都好多，一個炒飯其實已經夠兩個人食🤣
