有機會上嚟見識米芝蓮三星級餐廳,學人講究一下品味。大公館由榮獲多項烹飪賽獎項的行政總廚陳偉庭師傅主理,我嚟呢間人氣粵菜廳「萬慶軒」,即管著件龍袍扮吓太子啦。人少選擇唔多,不過鮑魚海味雞粒窩燒飯就啱胃口添飯,招牌黒毛豬叉燒無失禮,仲有幾款心意點心芹香鮮蝦金魚餃、瑤柱蒸魚形蘿蔔糕、黑毛豬咸水角、刺蝟脆香叉燒包。位置係荔枝角站工廈商場最頂層,餐廳環境典雅,聽講佢嘅副線火鍋品牌「大公別館」都出名,一試難忘愉快
