再次來石鍋堂吃晚餐,相隔多月,店舖一如往日大排長龍。在晚上七時前來到已要等位,可見其受歡迎程度。店舖細小,還能吸引如此多人來這,可見賣點不在於環境,而是食物和價錢。在物價高昂的香港,一百元以下已可嚐到一大碗熱燙的石鍋,相信只有這裏才能做到。每一款烏冬都可選自己喜歡的湯底,也因應湯底的價錢而所不同。石鍋烏冬依舊是我的首選。燒鰻魚石燒手打烏冬配黑松露湯底($88),一大塊燒鰻魚被燒汁覆蓋,厚肉的鰻魚爽滑,店員以另外一隻碟盛着,以免被湯汁浸軟。亦可把鰻魚放進滾熱的湯內,鰻魚便蓋上黑松露的香氣。把黑松露醬在熱湯中拌,便會散發其松露香。手打烏冬彈牙,更能掛湯,每一口都嚐到湯汁的香味。300℃熱石海鮮茶漬飯($88),店員送上茶壼,把茶澆飯,倒滿整個石鍋飯,飯粒滲滿茶的清香,如鐵板發出微微的滋滋聲。倒入拌碟的櫻花蝦一起攪拌,為飯添上一層蝦乾香,可同時嚐到櫻花的脆香、茶香和飯香。加上海鮮—青口、鮮甜的蜆、新鮮爽滑的蝦和鮮爽的帶子,整碗都用料十足。吉列芝士豬扒($25),表層的粉炸得鬆脆,內層的豬扒夾着芝士,芝士量足,外脆內軟。上桌時所有食物都是炙熱的,要稍等一會才吃。食材新鮮、份量足、價錢相宜,在餐
