To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炸既食物超級咸

炸雞比，雞翼，薯條真係超級咸，第一次是以為重手左，但第二次都係甘，之後反影比店員，店員居然話佢地之前都有食客講過喊，但佢地自己試過無問題，問係咪我地自己覺得咸，但我平時已經係鍾意食濃味既野，都可以覺得咸到食唔到，同行朋友都係一樣覺得接受唔到，我只係想反影比店員知，希望改善一下，但估唔到店員覺得無問題，而係食客問題，新開既店舖已經甘🌚好失望都算係大公司，應該放返個意見箱係店鋪，收集顧客意見再改進下
