To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩天早上行經形薈看到一間食店，便入內一試。服務員沒有招呼。因我是第一次幫襯，對她們的運作不太清楚，問她們可給我兩杯清水，服務員好唔耐煩叫我自己出去攞當時人客係不多。叫咗兩份早歺， 食物一般般，冇乜特色， 亦都冇驚喜， 麥皮似飲滾水乜都冇味，食物 暖暖地似一早整定。 臨走叫咗一份早餐外賣，因當時趕時間沒有留意，服務員畀漏一杯餐茶 同埋餐具，回到家中才發現，便致電她們。她們竟然說我甘吾小心現在先發現。好似我吾啱叫我落去攞番。今時今日嘅服務態度
