十年如一日賣既都係獨孤幾味,魚蛋魚片炸魚皮粉麵,縱使味道強差人意、劣評如潮,但依舊客似雲來 ﹗不變既定律,幾十年 lunch 都依舊人山人海、人頭擁擁,要等好耐先有得食呢 ﹗好采我一個人好快就搵到位喇。塞到水泄不通,仲要好多人企係度等位呢,咩日子咁巴閉呀 ﹗見到隔離鴻基茶水檔有個位,唔理咁多叫份雞扒多士食住等啦,呵呵。雞扒多士再黎兩碗鴛鴦,唔係好過份啫,大滿足!魚蛋鴛鴦走蔥,洪記哥哥姐姐好耐無見喇,出品越來越差喎。雖然香噴噴呈上,但湯底無咩味道,清淡如水。辣椒油不香不辣,淨油又無渣,非常淡口。魚片腍劈劈又鞋烚烚,白淨魚蛋結實還可以,兩者還免強保持微弱魚味道!雖然唔多好食,都唔算難食,普普通通可接受。湯底無變,只係變得較水汪汪、較清淡。辣椒油無變,只係無以前咁香辣啫。魚蛋魚片變晒,又乾鞋又腍劈劈,魚味中帶點腥味。炸魚皮最穩定,我最愛留到最尾先食,可以索更多湯更濕潤,無咁硬又無咁咸,剛剛好,夠香口。炸魚皮浸湯半硬半脆、一咸一淡都幾好食。熟麵跟河粉正常,熱辣辣嚥韌熟麵夾住滑溜河粉再淋上辣椒油及豉油都幾可口既。魚蛋麵走蔥,湯底依舊偏淡,幸好還有一絲絲既甜味。辣椒油混上豉油讓熟麵盡情地打滾,再大

魚蛋麵走蔥,湯底依舊偏淡,幸好還有一絲絲既甜味。辣椒油混上豉油讓熟麵盡情地打滾,再大力啜入口中,微辣夾住咸香衝擊味覺及嗅覺,好滿意。魚蛋異常地鞋口又激咸,非常霸道既門鱔味道,打魚蛋時比例搞錯左?失手乎?魚片都唔好得幾多,同出一徹,除左鞋仲腍劈劈呢。份量超細,只夠我夾兩啖,食兩碗免強頂到下肚,最高記錄要食 5 碗先夠飽呢 ﹗

魚蛋河走蔥,好明顯河粉湯底比熟麵湯底淺色好多,所以味道都淡好多。唔洗驚,有豉油、有辣油,一定無問題 ﹗河粉棉滑淡口,連米香都唔多感覺到,無有怕 ﹗每一口都搭上大量辣椒加豉油,滑嘟嘟跣入口又唔錯喎。魚蛋魚片跟剛才一樣鞋咸乾柴,炸魚皮保持水準香脆味濃硬屈屈,要浸浸湯減低一點咸度、乾化一點再食,好味 ﹗

淨蛋片走蔥,今次真係預計錯誤啦,一麵一河一淨蛋片。估唔到魚蛋魚片會差到如此田地,剛才硬食左兩碗,依家仲有個淨餸都要頂硬上啦 ﹗唔想浪費,求其倒晒落肚算,食之無味。

話晒由幼稚園、小學、中學食到依家;由廣福道鐵皮街市、運頭街臨時街市、市政街市食到依家,幾十年童年回憶,點捨得呢?兒時情意結,就算依家質數麻麻、味道大跌、份量太細、等等,點都好,間中都會返黎回味一翻。幼稚園細細個既時候阿爸阿媽已經常帶我黎食鴛鴦粉麵,早餐或 lunch 都會幫襯,我喜歡食辣都係由洪記帶甜辣椒油開始。
