To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友英國回香港出差,又有另外一個朋友年尾嚟講,大家順道聚聚。適逢依排係食長腳蟹嘅旺季,趁人多就去食依排最hit口嘅$208一斤長腳蟹! 好似十月尾都仲係$188一斤,十一月就調升咗價格。不過$208一斤已經平過自己去街市買好多好多,街市一般都成三百蚊一斤;依家幫你蒸埋(唔計叫其他,當作只食蟹加茶芥及加一;都好抵食)入座後立即去蟹缸揀番隻重少少嘅,一般都係4-5斤,好彩搵到隻五斤十二両,八個人食好足夠!蒸蟹大約需時半個鐘,等蟹期間再點其他小菜,咁就時間啱啱好!先來兩個餐前小食,水昌肴肉不錯涼拌爽脆魚皮$78 有驚喜,雖然辣度大過BB辣,但個辣汁調得好好唔會太鹹又夠味,魚皮份量唔少,的確又爽又脆,仲有紫洋蔥、花生、青胡椒等等混在一起,花生也好脆口,大家對這個小食好滿意!因蟹蓋承著蟹羔上檯,大家都唔想打番所以無將蟹蓋反轉影相😂 睇相完全唔覺大隻但實物好大㗎!粗而長嘅蟹腳極吸引🤩不用加錢蒸蛋的已經好好味好新鮮這個新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉$148,質素絕對對得起個價錢,炸脆嘅肉排均勻地掛上咕嚕汁,仍脆身肉不會過熟也不鞋口仍有肉汁咕嚕不是死酸死甜,還吃到山楂的酸味,酸甜度調教得恰到好處!半隻雞係晚飯孖寶

這個用和白飯同吃勁滿足


還有韭菜蠔仔水晶粉$138,鍋上的,熱騰騰又有點點香辣惹味,都幾特別,不錯⋯可惜食蟹都佔了半胃,所以只吃了兩小口。

這頓飯大約每人$380
