落完單後無耐,店員好快手就已經將個湯料連煲送過嚟。喺店員加湯開爐之前,專登影咗張相。

選料靚之餘亦無欺場;加湯後湯底呈清澈嘅淡奶白色,滾起咗亦無雜質浮面,當下即刻舀咗一小碗嚟試…真心掂!飲咗兩碗先開始打邊爐。

🔹醬料、茶芥 $30/位
配料其實都唔洗點用,因為湯底真係香濃夠味。不過唔夠味可以加多少少調調味既。

🔹海鮮拼盤- (一碟份量為2隻大蝦、1隻蟶子、4隻蜆及1隻大扇貝)
(大蝦、蟶子、蜆、大扇貝),基本上唔需要點任何醬都係已經好鮮甜,好好味!大蝦同蟶子都好大隻,蝦肉量多,口感彈牙又夠口感。都係不加調味反而食到獨有既一種海鹽味同埋火鍋中既精華。

咬開內餡發覺鮮蝦是全生的,呢度要扣少少分。不過也是最足料的一樣配料,真係有原隻蝦係入面,仲要超新鮮彈牙的喔!加上香濃的黑松露,意外地鮮味可口!!

雞腿肉有好多款式,好似日式照燒雞肉串,烤味噌大蔥雞肉串,多姿多彩。呢度既雞腿肉串味道沒有太多驚喜,但入口既口感都係非常軟腍,鎖得食肉汁,燒得剛剛好呢。

🔹最後我就最推介呢樣野食啦,老友鬼鬼!!
油炸鬼釀蝦滑,真係好食到番唔到轉頭呀,黎到已經係全熟,只需稍微加熱就可以了。老油鬼鬼的油条炸得很香脆,而且就咁食都唔覺得有油膩感。這個趣怪組合,簡直是一流的水準。如果想有另一風味可以浸幾秒...然後就可以吃了,推介!!推介!!

呢間餐廳咁多選擇,甜品自然唔會少!除咗炸香蕉榴槤呢類東南亞甜食以外,佢哋都有提供水信玄餅同日本水果雪葩呢類日式甜品,款式種類算幾多下。

味濃又滑口,解到下膩,同埋都係比想像中好吃呢。

整體來說,【醉胡爐】配料有一定水準,環境舒適,成晚兩個人食飯圍返起都係五百多,呢個質素呢個價位再加上餐廳環境有格調,仲要係尖沙咀地段夠哂方便,算係合格有餘無中伏。有機會一定要再試試。因為有時難免都想齊齊烚下烚下, 暢談一番呢。
