To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陽光好，才五月在街上就烤熟了，那麼就去食烤雞啦簡單裝修，位置開揚，自助購物，想多久也可以。來一客才不過50蚊的烤雞餐，🥰看見可選薯條，雜菜，油飯，白飯……😍飲品種有氣飲料，清新冷泡茶，洛神花茶……🤩令人要花點時間配搭。等了一會就可以自己取餐，選飲品，嘩嘩嘩，好大樽冷泡茶，應該有500ml，真開心，平常飲料只有一杯（250ml左右），根本不足夠初夏時段大吃大喝用，值得一讚。跟住就要說說半隻烤雞了，烤雞表面香脆可口，內裡肉質juice 多汁，仲要啖啖肉，開心哂，不能不說那醬汁（牛肝菌汁），滿有菌類鮮味，令雞肉味道多了一個層次。配菜也有驚喜，原以為會是油鹽炒菜，大不了便牛油雜菜……竟然是意想不到的香料炒菜，值得欣賞。
